1) NovoPad Project Investors: You are charged a 5% fee to withdraw early which is sent to the Investor Insurance & Reward Fund contract protocol (Only for early withdrawals, not buys).

Essentially contributing a small amount to your own insurance and everyone else's as a network of project investors within Novopad via paying into the IIRF, that 5% of your initial buy in and only when withdrawing early (Before a sale ends).

2) Project Owners
